Twelve years figuring out what actually holds up under a real schedule.
Not another before/after account. This is how our coaching approach came together, and why it looks the way it does.
From gym floor to founder
I started coaching in commercial gyms, running group classes and one-off sessions. The training worked. The consistency didn't — clients would nail three good weeks, then a work trip, a new job, or a rough month would undo it.
The programs that survived real life were the ones built with slack in them: fewer non-negotiables, clearer priorities, and a coach who adjusted the plan instead of expecting the client to force-fit their week around it. That principle became the foundation of Apex Coaching.
Today I lead a small team of coaches under the Apex name, but every client still gets a plan built by a real coach, reviewed weekly, and adjusted as often as life requires.

Why "built around your schedule" isn't just a slogan
I still train five days a week and compete when the calendar allows it — most recently taking the stage in a natural bodybuilding show while running Apex full-time. I know what it's like to protect training time inside a demanding week, because I do it myself.
That's the standard every Apex program is held to: realistic, sustainable, and built by someone who has to live by the same rules.
